Good Morning, It's another overcast Morning here in S.W. Washington. Today is NFL Sunday - MY DAY!! my Seahawks played Thursday night and they won there now 6-1 Awesome. My Low Carb Plan is going very well, so today, I am planning of having a treat, I've been so good for more than 3 weeks now and have lost more than 13lbs. So this evening I'm going to treat my self to a DQ'S Medium Pumpkin Pie Blizzard - YUM, YUM, YUM!!! Well, that's about it. Until Next Time....Marlene
