So, I wen't and saw a nutritionist Friday. I have bery strict instructions of what to eat and when.

So excited! I did really well today. I made some substitutions this morning before I went shopping, but overall did really well.

I do have a headache though - prolly from the lack of sugar/carbs/caffeine. Hopefully it goes away!
