FINALLY SOME PROGRESS!!!!!! i've been as close to 100% adherence as i can be, never thought the scale wuld budge.....skipped restaurants etc so i could be 1000% sure of every kcal that entered my mouth (weighed everything to the gram etc but i've been doing that all along. guess i had hit a plateau. i had cut my calories by 100 each day also and have tried to gradually be more physically active though nothing like i used to be prior to my big surgery last year. baby steps right? still my high few years ago was 242 so i'm on a downward sprial for shure, even thought s l o w
196.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
