I slipped on a pair of blue jeans that were previously rather snug on me. I know my legs have slimmed quite a bit from all of the jogging/walking. My thighs are actually each down an inch and a half (maybe more now) since August. I figured these jeans would be loose on me but I did not anticipate that my thighs and hips previously took up so much room so as to make the length fit perfectly. Today, the jeans were lose through the hips and legs and actually dragged on the floor about an inch and a half under my sneakers. I tried to pull the waist up so that I could wear them without walking. It isn't working. I look like I am shrinking...not just by being less fat but shorter too now. Ha. The one thing I do not have on hand is smaller jeans. I'm pretty sure if I raid my daughter's closet I will never hear the end of it. It is too cold and rainy to wear a dress and I don't want to suit up on a weekend. So, hobo-wear it is!

That's some wonderful news!!I know how that feels, to put on a pair of jeans and they are sooo loose!! I have pair, and they are just a hem width too long, so I just cuffed them!! There you go....start a new trend and wear them cuffed!! At least till you are able to get new ones!!

Great accomplishment! I've also experienced the pants that are too long now phenomenon. Just yesterday I put on some jeans and flats and was trampling over the hem all morning while getting ready, so I had to switch to boots with heels. Made my legs feel longer all day and I think I walked taller and stronger because of it, so I think it was a blessing in disguise. :)
