I'm feeling really good and optimistic. i lost 6 lbs this week and i feel great about that. but what will i do inn thanksgiving? i'm not too worried but i probably should be....Does anyone know of any healthy side dishes or healthier ways of creating side dishes? i have a low carb quiche in mind now i just have to figure out how to cut the fat...hmm decisions decisions

You can cut down on butter and other things like that. Make veggie platter with low fat dip. Have a couple kinds of vegetables. The most important thing is portion control though. It's once a year. Enjoy yourself, but don't stuff yourself. Get in some extra exercise. Have a good Thanksgiving.
