I've been doing aerobic dance to a DVD I have for at least 40min a day everyday this week except yesterday. I decided I needed a rest because the DVD's steps are also very intensive in working the core muscles which I thought could use some recovery time because they were a bit sore. To compensate I went for a second brisk walk to get close to the same amount of activity for the day. My muscles are feeling well rested and I'm ready to start working them again. My weight since I started ealier this week has gone up a bit, however I have noticed my muffin top is less of an issue and I'd rather weigh more and look lighter than weigh less and look heavier any day.
