Day One:
Ok, so I've got a small head start. 3 years ago I used to weigh about 250lbs. Today I weigh about 155lbs. I want to lose the rest of my fat and pudge with an ideal weight of 140lbs. However I am also weight training so I know that my goal weight (with the addition of muscle weight) may not be possible.
However I am going to give it my go! I'm going to be conducting my own version of a Calorie Counting Diet. This diet will consist heavily on fruits and vegetables with LEAN meats such as boneless skinless chicken breast and turkey breast. However along side this diet I will not SKIMP out at Thanksgiving or Christmas! I celebrate the holidays!
Oh, In addition to the weight training I am also exorcising with cardio machines and resistance machines. I'm in this to win this!
