I am experimenting this month with listening to my body and making decisions on what I eat without scrutinizing it in the diet calendar first. I'm of course still logging everything I eat and trying to stay within my own guidelines of keeping my protein high and my fat intake low. But I'm just seeing how well I do without planning ahead and so far I seem to be doing relatively well. My fat intake is not at 20% but still within reason in the ball park of 25% and as a result my protein intake is a bit lower but still in a comfortable ball park of 25% as well. Oddly enough my carb intake is relatively unchanged and still sits pretty close to 50% on a consistant basis. Thus far I am still struggleing to lose these last ten pound but on the bright side I am not gaining which to me is far more important. At this point I can't think of anything else I can do as far as modifying my diet without going into the other unhealthy extreme of not eating enough so I'm making the effort to gradually increase my activity more and more and soon I will focus my efforts on muscle building.

Diet Calendar Entries for 17 November 2010:
