Having a really hard time losing weight but it's starting to creep down again after about a month and a half. I've upped my aerobics to somewhere between one and two hours because a half hour to one hour just wasn't doing it for me. But then I seem to crave more calories to make up for it...

A couple of days ago I fasted to reset my metabolism. Plus, recent studies have shown that fasting once a month makes you heart-healthy. So as long as I don't overdo that, I don't think it can hurt.

Fasting is good. Maybe you need to add some resistance training if you're plateauing?

I've been doing three times a week, about a half hour each time, of resistance training, but maybe I need to up the duration.

Good luck getting back on a downward trend! I agree with upping the weight training - either duration or resistance.

hey! quick glance at your menu made me want to tell you real quick to be careful of eating too many of those health bars...everything i've read and experienced makes me think they're to be the last resort in your daily menu. Try and have fruits, veggies, whole grain, cereal, EGGS (great energizer!), and other fresh ingredients and stay away from pre-processed stuff, and I can bet you'll see a jump down from your stall....good luck!
