Wow day one doesnt look so great! way to write it down and be face to face with failure, It def. gives me good insight on portion control. i eat for two at every meal. Didnt know that. Problem is im still hungry at normal portions, what do i do. I get that starve feeling when i try tocut myself off

Sorry I didn't notice your journal entry sooner. How are you doing with your portions these days? I was/am the same way, I feel like I am always hungry. However when I took the time to really see when I was feeling hungry it was about every 2 - 3 hours after I had eaten which is exactly what the nutritionist at the gym said I should eating. also, it does take your body some time to adjust, one way to help is by uping your protein portion...it will fill you up longer.
some of my favorite snacks are greek yogurt,string cheese and an apple or pear, peanut butter and an apple, 1/2oz raw almonds and a piece of fruit, raw veggies and hummus, a slice of lunch meat with 1 TBS of reduced fat cream cheese and rolled around a whole dill pickle.

Thanks stcie ive been looking for ggood snack. Ive been doing better unless its a favorite food then there still is no stopping me but i am down 5 pounds, just really slowly.
