I stopped drinking and started eating better it became a life style. I quit my crappy job started working out. I fixed the outside but I have tons of work ti do on the inside still

So im back on track with the exercise if i could just stop eating late at night i will really have a chance! Problem is i have no control at 10 o clock at night i get so hungry i turn a little crazy. But i trying a day by day. and remembering to pat myself on the back for the little hills i climb!

Wow day one doesnt look so great! way to write it down and be face to face with failure, It def. gives me good insight on portion control. i eat for two at every meal. Didnt know that. Problem is im still hungry at normal portions, what do i do. I get that starve feeling when i try tocut myself off

well when i eat i never stop till the plate is empty. i usually starve myself all morning then eat a large lunch. and a large dinner. after dinner i have wine and snacks cause at night is when i son goes to bed and its when i have the chance to feel crappy about myself. I wasnt always this way but have been since quit smoking a year and a half ago. i exercised for a year but just maintained a unhappy weight so then i quit cause i was frustrated. so now im 40 pounds heaver and counting. I have a strange addiction to pizza and will actually cry if i cant have it or its not exactly the way i want it. I often cry at restaurant so my husband hates taking me out to dinner. But i cant control the crying, if something is off or isn't the way i need it to be. I love and hate food daily.
