Well I have now broke the 10 pounds lost mark YEAH. I am so excited. I hope to be able to keep it going and lost another 10 by Christmas. There I set my new goal I would like 310 by christmas and maybe even 300 by my 31st birthday on February 5th. I think that sounds like a doable plan. I hadnt decided what I wanted until now.
