Up early to get a head start on Monday. Got hungry earlier than I usually eat so I thought I would eat just one egg and then have the second egg at normal breakfast time. Much to my great surprise, I really enjoyed that one egg and it filled me up! Still not hungry but drank my shake snack like a good girl.
