Oops! Just found out what I thought was diet soda is regular (170 calories) and have been drinking it for a week. Trying to give up soda ,but occasionally it is a guilty pleasure . :-/
123.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
