Today I spent 2 1/2 hours after work at the Y and it felt so good! Half hour on the treadmill, 45 min working my upper body and abs, half hour in the pool and a half hour in the whirlpool. That's a regimine I can live with. I slept so soundly I almost didn't wake up in time to see it was too cloudy and cold to go kayaking. lol Still I'm very frustrated that I haven't lost pounds. Yeah, the clothes fit better but no better than they did a couple weeks ago. The bloating is gone and I feel tighter but that's the extent of it. They say that it takes 21 days to start or end a habit. I'm going to stick with this no matter what. We'll see what happens in a few MORE weeks.

It will happen. Great motivation, working out that long after working all night.

I had a thought as to why you might not be losing weight. Your body may be in starvation mode and fighting against you. Your calories expended are way more than your calories consumed. Try eating closer to the 1900 calories while still expending all the calories that you are and see what happens.

That concept of starvation mode is so foreign to me but I get what you're saying. I will try to eat more, smaller and more often as well. The difficulty in that though is remembering to eat. It's hard to break habits like that. It really feels like you're eating a lot. I did have a break-through today. I lost the pound from yesterday plus a few ounces!! I finally broke that 252! Not by much, it's only 251.9 but it feels like a ton. :)
