On 11/10 I decided I needed to get back on track, I am trying to follow weight watchers (from knowledge no meetings cant afford it right now(economy is to bad lol)). I need to get back on the excerise routine, I am still trying to get a hold of my new schedule of 11 hr days, 4 days a week.

So far 3 pounds lost. I have never fully done weight watchers before so I do not know if some of that weight will come back, because that is a quick 3 pounds.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 November 2008:
1024 kcal Fat: 27.47g | Prot: 83.78g | Carb: 115.51g.   Breakfast: lenders wheat bagel, Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese. Lunch: white american cheese, whole wheat premium bread, roast beef deli, miracle whip. Dinner: red potato, green beans, smart balance butter. Snacks/Other: peanuts, sunsweet ones, v8 low. more...
