Today is Veteran's Day. We are blessed to live in a free country. Thanks to all those who served to keep us free!
I am off from work until Monday. This tends to be good and bad. I will have more time to exercise, but I have more opportunities to slip up and eat things that are not good for me. Tonight is another BIG TEST. We are working the concession stand at a playoff game for a smaller school that is using our towns stadium. Stadium food is always a big temptation for me.

Good luck at the game tonight. I know the temptation will likely be hard, but you can eat dinner before you go and you can bring some healthy snacks for yourself as well.
