Well tomorrow I have Doctors appt. at 11 am. It is a 3hr 15min drive, which I have never driven alone. I am very nervous about it. The thought driving it and seeing the doctor makes me very edgy. I will be glad when I am on my way home. Tonight as tomorrow nears it is making me want eat more then I should. I never use to know why I was eating but now I am getting better at pin pointing it.

Anxiety and stress are always big button pushers when it comes to overeating or trying to soothe ourselves through food. I am hoping that you made it through without giving in to that. Learning to distract yourself by doing other things, like a hot shower before bed, or a warm cup of tea and a good movie....something that would take your thoughts away from the worries - a good long walk, except it was nighttime...I will be thinking of you today, and be sure to let us know when you get back safely. You'll be just great - think of it as an adventure! But be safe, take your time - enjoy some music in the car and don't forget to take some snacks w/ you and water (as you'll be away from home a good 8 hours between driving and your appt.) Love.
