jwoods73's Journal, 24 September 2013

Well Shaun T kicked my butt today. For some reason the Max Plyo's were INSANE today. Was nice though to be walking by the mirror after getting out of shower and go. Who is that guy that just looked back at me. Has been a couple months but am starting to see some of the definition that Shaun was talking about everyone would get by doing the program. WOOT WOOT. Just need to cut down about six more pounds and will be a happier camper LOL. Will start Asylum next week. Thought better throw one more week of month 2 of Insanity in before I do that. really want to make sure am ready for that since seems everyone says is a really tough workout. Was considering becoming a beachbody coach til they said they wanted a before and after picture and I am not the most photo friendly person. So never even thought of taking a picture and hell I didnt like what I saw anyways LOL. So guess the coach thing is out OH WELL.

Good for you pushing through and getting the workout done, and it's a super awesome feeling when you finally see results! Say goodbye to the old you and take a moment to see how far you've come! Yeah, you definitely want to make sure you're ready before you start Asylum, but I think if you can do insanity, you can do pretty much anything. The human body truly is amazing and adaptable! Also, you don't have to provide a before and after photo when you become a BB coach. I'm a coach and they still haven't asked me for my photo. You might have clicked to one of their challenges or something (their website is really confusing and actually I had to call and complain to them because I accidentally clicked something and it took me somewhere I didn't want to be). Better still, I'd be willing to bet that you're much more photogenic now!
