Well, let me ask you this: have you noticed a significant change in muscle tone or in inches? Muscle does way much more than fat does, so you could very well be losing lots of inches without actually losing a single pound. Try not to get too frustrated with whether or not your 'weight' is moving. The more important part is that you're getting healthy and toned and eating right!

Guess tone has changed as I was seeing the other day. Guess am not focusing completely on the overall change. Thanks for bringing me back down to earth Hokie. Guess will pay more attention to it that way as well. Glad you brought me back from jumping off the cliff LOL.

Gosh I certainly hope you wouldn't jump off of a cliff just because you haven't lost weight!! But I'm glad I helped :)

Is one of my drawbacks with working out. If I'm not seeing results then the sky is falling LOL. Failed to take into account for the shifting of weight per say LOL. WHEW!!!! that cliff was getting really close thanks again LOL. Will have to remind myself about the different changes for weight.

Hello I haven't commented before so I hope this helps. Remember as long as there is progress don't always rely on what the scale says. Now, don't get me wrong I have a hate/love relationship with my scale. I use to weigh myself multiple times a day everyday. Now I am only weighing two times a week, and that's only because I have weigh in on Tuesday which is my heaviest day of the week. Try not to settle into your diet and exercise change it up, that is what has gotten my weight going down again. I was toning but not losing and it's been going on for awhile. I changed it up just a bit and now it's moving down again.Good luck
