Aw... so easy to forget ourselves sometimes isn't it and we land up just focusing on everyone else. I know I did this for years too, but it's important for our own sanity to try break that habit. So keep focusing on No. 1... so a new day, a new YOU. You can do it!! ;o)

Absolutely -IF MAMA AIN'T HAPPY... AIN'T NOBODY HAPPY... You definetly need to put yourself in focus... baby steps, until your family sees you again... You will feel much more confident about everything you do... when you put yourself first... YOU CAN DO IT.....
