I found out on 8/8/2013 that I was diabetic, had hypertension (My blood pressure was 179/134 and had Helicobacter pylori bacterium. My weight at that time was 191, my blood sugar was 280, Triglycerides were 278 and my cholesterol was . I am hoping to bring all those levels down,
