Sherota's Journal, 19 September 2013

I haven't recorded a personal journal for a few days. I was just reading some of the forum journals for some inspiration. It's was nice to see that their are some others who are experiencing some of the same ups and downs that I am. I haven't found anyone that records a pattern of their failings just food diarys of when they are doing well and journal recordings of when they are doing bad. The journals are still interesting and still gives me incite as to what their struggles are. One journal I read today gave me an idea. Write down small goals with a time line. Then record if I made the goal or not. This is what she did. I think I will also add if I did not quit make my goal I'll write how close I came to meeting my goal for that period, how for I've come and how far I need to go. Then at the end of the period I will set a new goal from the new starting point. Getting ready to record my foo for today. One thing I can say is I reached the recording goal 100% since last year. When I cant get on the computer I record my food on paper and always update it here. I'll say that's an accomplishment in itself.

Yay! Great job on recording what you eat, that often helps being more conscious about the quality and quantity of the food we are eating. We both have about 20 more pounds that we want to lose, we can do it!

Thanks for the comments. I'm sure we can do this minus the empty calories.
