Yesterday was a crappy day. Here's to hoping today will be better.
I am going to try and do at least a 2 mile WATP tonight-thinking the exercise will help the mood I've been in.
The last time I walked was Sunday night and that was only a mile.

I know I didnt put in on overnight, and it will take time to get the weight back off. It's been 10 weeks tomorrow since I started eating better and only 6 since I started exercising again, and I have made real progress, both in health AND weight.

That is so true, someone just posted the same "it takes a lot longer to take off than it took to put on" comment on my Facebook last night. Good job on your progress so far !! :)

I checked my calendar, and it's only been 9 weeks tomorrow, not 10. I feel a little better.
