Amazing how quickly five pounds will sneak up on you when you get off your diet and exercise regime for a couple of weeks. Also amazing how the pants that buttoned and snapped quite easily last week seem to fit awfully tight around the middle for some reason - probably must have something wrong with my washing machine again and it is shrinking my clothes. "GET YOUR BUTT IN GEAR!" says the little voice in my head.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
