Sorry I didn't get a chance to write in my journal this weekend or write down food I ate. But I did good. I got lots of exercise, did a lot of walking. Weigh in today shows 3 pounds GONE. I am now below 200 pounds and I am thrilled. 19 more to go and I will be at the first goal weight I set. I will see how I feel at that time. I don't care what the number is if I feel good. Dee
