Did well this week. Had some candy on Halloween - four of those small bars. But I lost over 3 pounds this week! I'm one who has willpower enough to avoid carbs and I'm almost starting to dislike sugary stuff. I'm really having an easy time limiting my calorie intake too. I'm finally joining a gym tomorrow or Tuesday. I'm so close to my goal weight. Measurements still the same. Waist 37" Chest 41". No diet food put onto site - no time. I don't cook much as my oven is still broken and I use the toaster oven or microwave. Over carb limit on Friday. My computer is typing so messed up so it's taking forever to type this entry. Monday - 40 carbs Tuesday - 38 carbs Wednesday - 35 carbs Thursday - 55 carbs Friday - 175 carbs Saturday - 50 carbs Sunday - 12 carbs Didn't do the doctor challenge as I still have to join a gym. Lots of women on dating sites to see me without photo. I'm a shade under 6'3" tall so that helps and now I'm thin. My friend Shawn is hopefully coming over on Friday evening to post my photo here and on every dating site I can get on. A woman at work said I look a lot like Rob Morrow and could be his brother. But I'm a lot taller than him. I'm excited about starting to work out again! :)Weight 192.8 down 3.2 lbs! Lowest weight in fourteen years!
