Finally I got into the 170s Yahooo! It has been a lean week. I am still having some problem with BMs, ut I wouldn't call it constipated. The Smooth Move tea didn't work for me, but Dulcolax did. I have been walking every day for about 30 minutes and I played 9 holes of golf yesterday. All is good.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
