Wow I did bad yesterday! I need to remember my health plan when eating out. I am counting yesterday's dinner as my cheat meal for the week. I think the hardest thing for me is resisting my cravings while eating out. I used to be pretty good at this. I need to remember not to leave the house in a very hungry state because it makes it harder to resist the unhealthy foods. This will be one of my major goals for my diet. I will still have a cheat meal each week but I want it to be planned rather than impulsive.
