Started my health plan today. I'm pretty excited about it. My roommate is doing it with me and having a weight loss buddy always makes dieting a whole lot easier. My ultimate goal is to get down to 135-140 by graduation (mid may...so about 6 months). For now I am more focused on baby steps and will be trying for 10 lbs at a time so 150...here I come!
