Well Friday is my 50th birthday and my birthday weekend. I will try to be careful but my daughter is making me a double fudge cake and since this is my special day, I plan to eat it. All week, I've been really careful and I will probably skip breakfast on Saturday and Sunday (I know I'm not suppose to do this) but to cut back on my calories. I do plan to run on Saturday and if the weather is nice, go out for a long bike ride with my friend on Sunday.
For dinner Friday, I will make steak and chips, with sauteed mushrooms and onions and of course the fudge cake, but I will keep the dinner portions reasonable. At work I will need to bring cake but it will be store bought and I won't bother eating it, since it is not so great.
On Saturday, I will skip breakfast, Lizzie is taking me out to eat, and I will just have that meal and of course the chocolate fudge cake.
But Sunday, I will skp breakfast again and have lunch out with my friend, taking a healthier choice. And will see about dinner and maybe that will be chocolate fudge cake again with a glass of milk.
I will not record my food because it is too much eating out and irregular eating to try to record. Plus it's my birthday and why should I bother!
