Started 2 new challenges today. I'm committed to getting my exercise in daily, at least 20 minutes.
In addition to my walking tapes, I start a line dancing class on Thursday this week, kickboxing trial classes started last Saturday, and will begin Zumba class on Saturdays in a couple weeks. Hopefully, I'll find one of these classes that I enjoy enjoy enough to stick with it. Yea! today was a good day.
