mmMMMmmz day 1 of my diet: intending on consuming 1 footlong tuna sandwich from subway that was left over from yesterday... this will be the last thing I eat from a fast food restaurant for a year.

Good luck! 1 year without eating at a restaurant!! Wow!! I'm stunned! I would be doing good to go a week without eating out. Keep us informed on your journey!

Fa'sho pugcrazy.. and yeah.. I'm a bachelor so I eat a lot of fast food.. so giving it up for a year will be a huge challenge for me.. I'll keep you informed.. and thank you for the encouragement!
