How is it that I can be up so much? I only barely went over food-wise. Maybe it's the "that time of month" issue...will be interested to see how that graphs out.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I can go up 5-7 pounds every month during TOM. Drink some extra water and give it a few days. It will go away.
