So happy to see the weekend!!! More time to play and less time to work. I believe I am going to take a 10 mile walk tomorrow!

the only thing I don't like about weekends is that I just can't seem to control my meals. It's not like I overeat, but I can't keep a schedule or stick to what I planned to eat. I gotta work on that..

I find that if I fill the day with physical activity (Keep in mind that I have a very sedentary day job through the week), then even if my caloric intake is a tad higher I still lose.
