Gosh, I don't know what's wrong with me, I've just been so sad the last few days. I wish this would pass, i didn't even go to the gym yesterday, just feel so listless....

Check your whipping cream....does it have any added sugar? You could be feeling a drop after a sugar spike. Have you been taking your vitamins? You might also want to add regular full-sodium broth to your menu anytime you're under 50 net carbs, which is during all of Induction. This all may help with the listlessness which, in turn, may help you just feel better, in general. Of course, this could also have nothing to do with your food and everything to do with just not getting enough proper rest! Hope things improve for you....

Thanks Sandy, I am taking my vitamins, and am getting plenty of sodium. I just checked the whipping cream and it's fine, so yeah, I guess it was just a bad day, feeling a little better today :) Have a great weekend!
