It has been a while since I have recorded a journal entry.....

I am ashamed of myself for allowing myself to gain this weight back.... I said it...now I need to own it and move forward. I haven't been tracking and working the program. I haven't been taking my vitamins or eating right. I haven't been exercising like I should be. I just haven't been doing any of it! Well, that stopped today....

I am on a journey in my life and I just got a hard dose of reality that this weight will creep back on in a moment if I let my guard down and leave the path that I have created. I am seeing through new eyes the damage that I do to myself everyday when I don't work my program and stay true and honest to myself.

I have a goal to lose 2 pounds by August 31st.
I have a goal to lose 8 pounds by September 30th.

So in 2 months.... I want to lose 10 pounds and keep it off and then move on to continue tackling the excess weight. I got this... I can do this... I need to be honest and track and just DO IT!
