Ugh.... still the same weight..... I hate this! Though I am thinking of trying something new and going back to Weight Watchers and seeing what happens. I have been calorie counting, but I am floundering and plateaued. I have added excersice to the mix and it is helping. I was able to complete a session of Zumba for the first time yesterday and I loved it.
