So I decided when I woke up this morning, something I have to do. If I don't do it, my body, my health and my job will suffer. I have to cut back my drinking to 1 time per week. This will be almost impossible with football season here, but it has to be done.

When I drink a good amount, and after a night of drinking, I get hungry and want to eat. I usually do but I end up eating WAY too much. I was doing well will keeping the eating down to a minimum, and staying in during the week. But this last 2 weeks it shows by me barely losing a pound.

I just have to get my priorities straight.
