It's a cloudy morning but still very beautiful! Feeling thankful.

I'm gonna start experimenting with *slowly* increasing my caloric intake to maybe 2200-2500 calories per day with different HIIT workouts. I eventually want to really tone up and lean out to look a lot more fit after I reach my goal weight which will hopefully be in a couple months. I will have to prepare my body for that training starting now. I dont want to shock my body so I will take a couple months to teach my body over time to operate on a high calorie diet. I need the calories for the type of fitness result I want with the type of major weight training im gonna eventually start doing after hitting my goal of 155 pounds. Im not using a trainer at the moment...I'm just gonna rely on all the information I can remember my former strength and conditioning coaches relaying to me when I participated in sports. I also know very well how my own body develops in a very fit and healthy state so it will be really fun to revisit that again. I'll see what results I get over time. I gain muscle *very* quickly which is why I wanted to really watch how my body truly reacted in an overweight status while losing weight. I really wanted to watch and document my body bc it is such a new experience watching how my body would go from obese to overweight to healthy weight. I figured this might be helpful intel on losing weight for when I eventually remarry and have children in the future. So killing 2 birds with 1 stone I guess lol! Being fat is like being in totally different world. I wasn't myself, I thought differently, felt differently, I saw the world differently, and the world saw me differently. Really strange how gaining weight can cause so many changes on so many different levels. It's fascinating actually.

Anywho, I need to skeedaddle to Mass. It's gonna be an amazing Sunday! :D :D :D

I just looked up HIIT workouts to see what they are. Of course, I need to get where I do anything to get some sort of exercise. HIIT sounds like a really good idea, and I hope I can eventually work up to that - but, of course, first I need to make myself get off my butt.

Ha! Yes those exercises are so helpful, and you can do it. Be gentle with yourself when just starting out until your body gets the hang of it. :D
