Oh I ate too much last night for supper. Should haave given most of the chicken to the dogs just to get rid of it, but no, instead of getting accused of "wasting food" again, i ate it. Feel just awful this morning. Really shouldn't revert to "there are little children who won't have any food" mentality. Therefore, I must clean my plate. UGH.
