I intended to follow Weight Watcher's, but misplaced my point counter and haven't been able to know how many points I've been eating for a week. So, I decided to count calories instead and stick to under 1300 a day. Well I've been able to do this and follow what I know about eating healthy. If it turns out that I'm wrong after my next weigh in I'll buy another point counter and follow WW. Right now I feel pretty good about myself!
