I'm home and ready to get serious about eating balanced meals! I did okay away from home, but didn't write down anything. I kept up my walking 30 minutes a day and walked hours yesterday, so that's good too. Not certain I drank enough fluids though so today making up for that.

Not going to count foods yesterday and today. Tomorrow I'll be home and back on track. Didn't really mess up but skipped some meals and ate different things in moderation. I'm drinking my fluids and I did walk yesterday and today. I'm doing okay!!

Great, our refrigerator is on the blink! Repairman coming today between 1 and 3. Probably the latter since I'm waiting around, Murphy's Law! Hopefully he can find the problem that its reading at 52 degrees when it should be at the least 41! All our food is going to have to be tossed and re-bought! If the fridge needs replacing that's another problem to add! I'm already thinking of a nice new French door type with about 33 cu. ft. capacity.

I looked high and low and triple-checked my jewelry box where I thought my PointsPlus calculator was and there it was!! Is my eyesight failing me or is it just me?! Anyway, today I start counting points and eating measured amounts. I'd forgotten how this works! Weighing in on Tuesday ;-/

I intended to follow Weight Watcher's, but misplaced my point counter and haven't been able to know how many points I've been eating for a week. So, I decided to count calories instead and stick to under 1300 a day. Well I've been able to do this and follow what I know about eating healthy. If it turns out that I'm wrong after my next weigh in I'll buy another point counter and follow WW. Right now I feel pretty good about myself!
