Doing well. Eating maintenance level of carbs and low cal so the weight should be coming off this week. Appetite is well suppressed by Atkins, that is the benefit of this great diet. I'm not starving and I'm losing weight in the process. Anyway, today I jogged down my street a ways. The first time in a long time. I did it 30 pounds plus ago and was winded, this time I was fine. The arthritis I have may prevent me from full-time jogging again, but I'm healthier than I've been in years. I should be able to join a gym as my back is the best it has been since before it starting acting up in June. (Knock on wood.) I know the arthritis I have would be much worse if I hadn't lost the weight... :)
