Today, loss 900g after a fast day. I bought a diagnostic scale to check what i'm really loosing. Is it just water, muscles or fat too? I think gor the time being i'm loosing water has i have reduced the amount of salt on my food. We'll see how things evole.

An excellent buy -- the diagnostic scales are a great investment. My Tanita scales show exactly what I'm losing (i.e. fat, fluid or muscle), as well as my metabolic rate so I can check my food intake is helping to keep that nice and high. Over the last four months, I've kept a chart of my weekly measurements, which is great for seeing the trends and matching it to my diet and exercise. It's made me understand that losing weight long-term is about a lot more than just pounds!
