This has been a good week even though the temperature was hot hot hot for the first few days of the week. Diet is going well. I am hoping that I can get rid of 1pound per week for the next 2 years, that should allow me to drop the weight and retrain my eating habits. I am finding that I miss butter pecan ice cream! Perhaps in a few weeks I can allow myself to have a small bowl, may have to go to Culvers so that I do not have to buy a whole carton, that would be way too much temptation. Yes I am craving ice cream, will need to be careful this weekend. I will report how successful I am as the weekend unfolds. Everyone have a great weekend and have fun.
