Deegees mom's Journal, 27 August 2013

I have not lost any pounds over the last 6 days so yesterday I added some bread and extra protein to my diet plan. I remember kmunson commenting that I may not be eating enough calories. I do not want to lose the weight too quickly but I do not want to gain what was lost back. This will be a trial week for about 300 to 500 calories more per day I hope that will have good results. It is a journey of trial, error and learning.

Increase your water intake. If you can stand it...drink half your current body weight in water. I can't ingest that much, I get nauseous if I do. But push as much water as possible. It may jump start some activity. I had to do that on the advice of others a while back. It worked for me. Then I get lax and don't do it. I notice it on the scale too. When you fill up with water it flushes a lot of bad stuff out. Now that it is beastly hot here it is more important than ever.
