Ate pretty decent today despite both meals being taken in restaurants. On vacation, after all. Have not worked out since I left, but I did move my daughter into her new apartment today, which involved lots of heaving lifting and climbing stairs! I put it down as two hours of housework due to the limited number of categories, but it was probably more than that! (My body feels that way, anyway!)
