Ate pretty decent today despite both meals being taken in restaurants. On vacation, after all. Have not worked out since I left, but I did move my daughter into her new apartment today, which involved lots of heaving lifting and climbing stairs! I put it down as two hours of housework due to the limited number of categories, but it was probably more than that! (My body feels that way, anyway!)

Hi Bill, being followng you on FB as you know. You are near the end of your vacation so enjoy the time with Em. We will both be back to 'normal' soon enough. And I can't believe you are still able to move stuff like that - I can lift a few bags and whatnots but lifting boxes and furniture - nope, not no more. See you around. Your pics on FB are great :)
