I am in the Army and I used to be very fit and athletic. I started birth control while deployed and gained about 35lbs! I was depressed from the weight gain and kept downing myself. Then I got back and started to workout so hard I messed up my shins! Now I am geting back on track, making healthy choices with foods and exercise, and I feel better just having started my process and I am excited to see my progress and getting back to the old me or better than the old me!!!
