Cycled 4 miles this morning. Usually I exercise later in the day, but I think I like this...I can enjoy the rest of my day and feel proud knowing I have accomplished my goal.

Good job! This way you didn't have to worry about not having enough time to squeeze it in at the end of the day. Are you going to keep exercising in the morning now then?
